Platform refers to the WellFood website, mobile app, and any related services. User  refers to any individual who accesses or uses WellFood. Order  refers to any food, beverage, or product requested through WellFood.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to place orders or create an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or placing orders.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our platform during the operating hours of restaurants or vendors.Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible.All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made via approved payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile payments, cash-on-delivery where available).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds will be processed if an order is cancelled before preparation begins.
• Refund requests for incorrect or missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• WellFood reserves the right to refuse refunds if the complaint is invalid or delayed.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the platform (fraud, false claims, abuse of offers). Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7. Vendor & Partner Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for maintaining hygiene, quality, and timely preparation of orders. WellFood is a facilitator and is not liable for vendor mistakes, but will assist in resolving disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• WellFood is not liable for delays, incorrect items, or service interruptions caused by vendors or external factors.
• WellFood’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order.

10. Changes to Terms

WellFood may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
